USHA 4-Wall Nationals Wrap-up x 2

The United States Handball Association's 4-Wall Nationals are all wrapped up, and so are the Toyota Trucks!

Emmett Peixoto, one-half of The Team, leaves Kansas with a Pro National Title strapped to his bike; meanwhile, Dave Fink exited the pro singles division in the round of 16. Both athletes stopped off to speak with fellow players, fans, biking enthusiasts, and tourney organizers to talk about the Toyota bike tour. We passed out fliers, DVD's, and a few photo-opps during the 7-day national tournament.

On June 22nd, the National Tournament wrapped up leaving Dave and Emmett a full week to recover at Dave Chapman's home in Saint Louis, MO. Bike Tour to resume 6/29 in Nashville, TN.

WPH Toyota Tour De Tundra: Bike Tour

On May 19th, 2008, two world class athletes and personalities known simply as The Team will embark on a 3000 mile/15 city Bike Tour starting in San Francisco, California and ending in New York City to promote and play the extreme sport of handball across the Heartland of America. The Team is comprised of the devastatingly handsome and sublime professional musician, Emmett Peixoto, who is also the #2 ranked world handball pro and his eccentric side-kick, and strangely loveable best pal, David Fink. Fink is currently ranked #7 in the world (with a bullet), according to the World Pro Handball Rankings. The Team will be stopping in San Francisco, Berkeley, Sacramento, Reno, Salt Lake City, Denver, Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, Toledo, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Washington D.C., New York City and others. The Team will not only impart their vast handball knowledge, prodigious handball talent and charm in various handball clinics and exhibitions, but will also be playing in the 2 most prestigious events on the handball calendar—The USHA 1 and 4-wall Nationals!

After biking through the Rocky Mountains and into the Midwest, The Team will arrive in Kansas City, Kansas, to compete in the USHA 4-Wall Nationals. Soon after, they will get back onto their bikes and make the trek across the Midwest spreading handball joy and awareness all the way to the 1-wall Nationals in the Big Apple. The Team has traveled throughout the United States, Canada, Italy, and Australia, in the past, and has taken the handball world by storm on many occasions. They are now prepared to take their traveling road-show to the next level by riding their bikes from coast-to-coast. These 2 dynamic personalities are as unpredictable as they are spontaneous, and there will never be a dull moment. What will happen when The Team reaches the bottom of the Rocky Mountains, and sees the incredible challenge that faces them? How will The Team survive over 2 months sleeping in a tent? What will happen if The Team is forced to play each other in one of the National Championships? All of these questions and many more will be answered in this 2 and a half month epic journey across the United States.
